LPX is closely monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak and is making every effort to create extra precautions following the recommendations of the CDC as well as CMS.
Our staff is trained and instructed to follow infection control procedures as our policy states.
Please be assured that:
Our equipment is sanitized before and after entering a patient’s room
Hands are washed before and after each patient
Technologists are supplied and wear proper PPE
Technologists are tested according to CMS recommendations by county
We kindly ask our vendor partners to inform us if any patient has any symptoms of respiratory infection so that we may take appropriate preventive actions to keep our employees safe.
We will work with all facilities to ensure that all precautions are taken to protect everyone.
Risk prevention could increase our time performing exams. Our staff will work as quickly as possible while maintaining proper safety precautions.
